Waterproofing of Buildings

The geographical position of our country with the intense climate and temperature changes during the day requires the correct study and application of waterproofing in all constructions. Also, special attention must be paid to the waterproofing of the basements and all the spaces that are inside the soil because of the groundwater that is often encountered during excavation. In avoiding these serious risks to the buildings we construct, proper waterproofing work must be done with the appropriate waterproofing materials by applying at the critical points. Thus, only moisture can be prevented from entering the dwellings.

In buildings under construction, this must be done from the beginning, while in existing structures that present moisture problems, immediate intervention must be done at these points (cleaning, mass removal, repair) and then application of suitable sealing materials. The application must always be carried out by specialized workshops.
